Our leadership.
Nicole Brooke was born in Newcastle and educated in the Midlands. She began her career in Human Resources before moving into executive search in the City of London in the early 2000s.

She built and led HR practices within established search firms before founding her own executive search and advisory business in 2012. Since then, she has advised Boards and CHROs on senior HR leadership appointments across Financial Services and other regulated, performance-critical sectors internationally.
​
In May 2025, she was elected County Councillor for Berwick North with Northumberland County Council. As an Independent, she serves on planning, licencing, employment-related committees and as Vice Chair of the North Area Community Partnership.

Nicole holds a BA in HR Management, is a Freeman of the Company of HR Professionals, and is trilingual.
